Refund policy

NEUSTAR Nutrition sells freshly prepared, perishable meals. This policy explains what happens if you need to cancel or if something is wrong with your order.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp at 01144475465 with your order number.

Cash on delivery: nothing has been charged, so there is nothing to refund.
InstaPay: if you have already transferred money for an order that is cancelled before dispatch, contact us on WhatsApp and we will arrange the refund with you.

Once an order has been dispatched with the courier, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

Because our meals are perishable food, we cannot accept returns of delivered meals.

Problems with your order

If a meal is missing, the wrong item or size arrived, or the box was damaged in delivery, message us on WhatsApp on the day of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will review it with you and agree on a solution.
